The Anesthesia group in the Paramedical Faculty has started its activity in compliance with its objectives and mission toward enhancing the hygienic level of the society since 1975 by admitting students in the field of anesthesia for associates’ degree.

According to the scientific progress and knowledge related to anesthesia and also society’s mounting need for the presence of committed and experienced individual in the field , the anesthesia course has expanded its activity from associates degree to BSc, having started to admit students for BSc degree since 2006 up to now.

Mission: The mission of Anesthesia group is as follows

Continuous movement toward the progress of Anesthesia, educating efficient and committed forces and moving toward obviation of society’s needs considering the patients beliefs, culture, expectations and demands and presenting the best super visional services to them, and also moving toward exaltation of knowledge and awareness of the students concomitant with new developments (in the field), producing science and innovation regarding the anesthetic disciplines.

Admission:via countrywide exam

Course features:Length: 4 years (8 semesters

General lessons: 22 credits

Fundamental, special lessons and Clinical practicum: 92 credits

Apprenticeship in field: 16 credits
