Laboratory Medicine (Short-term Course)
The specialized complementary course in Laboratory Sciences is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Ph.D. degree graduates in various fields of Laboratory Sciences. The aim is for students to acquire sufficient knowledge, insight, and scientific skills to perform appropriate laboratory and diagnostic activities on different non-tissue laboratory samples.
Definition of the Course: Graduates of this course are individuals who are specialized or have a Ph.D. in one of the fields of medical laboratory sciences (Medical Immunology, Medical Parasitology, Medical Bacteriology (Microbiology), Clinical Biochemistry, Medical Genetics, Medical Mycology, Medical Virology, Hematology Laboratory, and Blood Bank). After completing this course, they will use their skills and capabilities for various educational, research, preventive, diagnostic, counseling, and management services to improve public health.
